I would like to give a big THANK YOU to everyone in the Culpeper community that came out to the 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat event on October 22, 2022. Another successful event with over 1000 kids, parents, siblings in their dazzling costumes, and huge bags to get their fill of candy from the 30+ trunks on display that night.
